This policy applies to VJ Loop Studio 3D digital licenses and subscriptions purchased through our Lemon Squeezy checkout.

Our general policy

VJ Loop Studio 3D is digital software, and the license key is made available immediately after purchase. Purchases are therefore generally non-refundable once the license has been delivered or activated.

We review refund requests fairly and case by case. A refund may be considered when:

  • a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred;
  • the license or download was not delivered and support could not restore access;
  • a material, reproducible software defect prevents normal use and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time; or
  • a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, failure to meet the published system requirements, lack of use, a feature that was not advertised, failure to cancel before a subscription renewal, or license misuse.

How to request a refund

Contact support before starting a payment dispute. Include:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the Lemon Squeezy order number and purchase date;
  • the purchased plan or license type;
  • a concise description of the issue and any troubleshooting already attempted; and
  • for technical problems, the app version, Windows version, GPU, and reproduction steps.

Never send your complete license key. We may ask you to work with support so that we can verify and try to resolve a technical issue.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel a subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund charges already processed. Access normally continues for the paid billing period. Renewal-related refund requests are reviewed under this policy and applicable law.

Lemon Squeezy processing

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes, and refund processing. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy also reserves the right to issue a refund within 60 days of purchase, at its discretion, to prevent a chargeback. This is not a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Consumers in the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions may have mandatory remedies when digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory right of withdrawal may be affected after downloading or transmission begins where the legally required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been provided. Any right of withdrawal and any exception to it apply according to the law governing the purchase and the terms presented at checkout.
